1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. For cancellation, please contact us on WhatsApp immediately.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products and our strict hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been shipped. However, a refund or exchange will be provided under the following circumstances:

• If the product received is damaged or defective.
• If you have received a wrong product.

3. Damaged Products

In case of damage during transit, please provide clear photos or a video showing the damaged items within 24 hours of delivery to process a replacement or refund.

The final amount will be refunded to your original payment mode within 5-7 working days.
